Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to EBQ and its related services, including the web platform and the WordPress plugin.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your workspace.
2. Service scope
EBQ provides SEO analytics, auditing, workflow, and reporting tools using data from connected services you authorize.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit unlawful content or misuse third-party integrations.
- Do not use the service to violate third-party API terms, including Google API terms and policies.
4. Google API terms and limited use
Where EBQ accesses Google user data, your use of EBQ is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
- EBQ uses Google data only to provide and improve user-facing features you requested.
- EBQ does not sell Google user data and does not use it for ad-targeting profiles.
- You may revoke EBQ access from your Google account at any time.
5. Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed annually after any active trial period. Renewal is automatic unless canceled before the renewal date.
6. Customer content
You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant EBQ a limited license to process it to operate the service.
7. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms, security risk, legal compliance obligations, or abuse of integrated third-party APIs.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, EBQ's liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date.
